Dyersburg, Tenn.–The Dyersburg Police Department is attempting to identify the individual captured on video forcing his way into the locked dog park, located at the River Park downtown, on April 14, at approximately 7:30 p.m. He is seen on the video with three children and two dogs, forcing open the locked gate, then entering the park.
The park has been closed by the City of Dyersburg, under the Executive Orders issued by Governor Lee due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Contact the Dyersburg Police Department at 285-1212, or 311 if you can help identify the man.
