
Murray, Ky.–Calloway County Schools are resuming their student meal distribution today. The program was suspended April 15 after several food service workers tested positive for COVID-19.
District officials said they are ready to begin providing meals to students and any child 18 years old or younger again beginning today, Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
Today’s distribution will include meals for Thursday and Friday also.
Beginning on Monday, April 27 will begin a Monday/Wednesday meal distribution schedule. Students will receive Monday/Tuesday meals on Mondays, and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday meals on Wednesdays.
There will be two options to receive the free meals:
• A “grab and go” meal at Calloway County Middle School from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A “grab and go” meal at one of the following six mobile sites from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

• Riviera Courts Office Parking Lot – 1414 N 12th St, Murray, KY 42071
• Dexter Church of Christ – 157 Walnut St, Dexter, KY 42036
• Old Lynn Grove Store Parking Lot 6990 KY-94 W, Murray, KY 42071
• Blood River Baptist Church – 4974 Dunbar Rd, New Concord, KY 42076
