Benton, Ky.–A Benton, Kentucky, man was arrested on multiple charges after leading Kentucky State troopers on a pursuit.
Devin Drexler, age 33, was charged with fleeing and evading in a motor vehicle first degree; fleeing and evading first degree on foot, reckless driving, criminal mischief first degree; resisting arrest; failure to maintain insurance first offense; operating on suspended license; leaving scene of accident. He is lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. Monday, a Kentucky State Police Trooper observed a black 2000 Kawasaki ZX600 motorcycle headed south on US HWY 641 driving recklessly. Troopers were able to catch up with the motorcycle as it headed north onto Interstate 69. The motorcycle attempted to exit Interstate 69 at Draffenville, but collided with the rear of another vehicle. After the collision, the operator of the motorcycle fled on foot for a short distance before being apprehended near Wellness Way Lane.
