Martin, Tenn.–The Martin Police Department has received several reports of vehicle burglaries recently. In the past three weeks, numerous incidents have been reported in different areas of the city.
Several of these incidents involve the theft of firearms from the victim’s vehicles and these vehicles were unlocked at the time of the thefts.
The Martin Police Department is reminding everyone to please remove your valuables from your vehicle and to keep your vehicle locked at all times. These incidents are currently under investigation and information will be released when an arrest is made.
