Murray, Ky.–Multiple individuals were injured in a four-vehicle crash Saturday evening at the intersection of 12th and Main Street in Murray.
Through investigation by the Murray Police, officers learned that a vehicle was being driven south on 12th Street and struck a vehicle that was stopped near the intersection with Main Street which then struck two additional vehicles. Multiple vehicles sustained severe damage from this collision.
The preliminary investigation shows that the collision may have been caused due to a driver experiencing a medical issue.
Multiple individuals involved in the collision were transported to the Murray Calloway County Hospital by EMS for treatment of possible injuries.
The Murray Police Department was assisted on scene by the Murray State University Police Department, the Murray Calloway County Ambulance Service, and the Murray Fire Department.
