Henry, Tenn.–After a long night, the Sigma Renew 360 fire in Henry is close to being fully extinguished, according to Henry County Emergency Management Agency Director Ron Watkins.

Firefighters from multiple departments worked through the night and early morning to put out the blaze.

“Big shout out to the Henry Fire Department, all the firefighters and fire departments, state agencies, Air National Guard, EMS, 911, and county EMAs who assisted. Thank you to the community outpouring of Donated goods for the responders and the wonderful persons manning the rehab center. A huge thanks to Tosh Farms, Norwood Farms and others for your support,” he said.

“It was an amazing response with over 20 out of county agencies assisting. We may be missing some one important and we apologize,” Watkins said.

The site will be turned over to an environmental cleanup company who is onsite beginning work to control water runoff.

The fire erupted into a massive blaze Friday morning and multiple departments have been responding to help control it.
