
Buchanan, Tenn.–The Paris Landing Volunteer Fire Department is announcing they are a recent recipient of a fire equipment grant in the amount of $46.730.00 from the Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s office. Equipment purchased with the grand monies included a new set of Hurst “Jaws of Life” Extrication power tools. This equipment has a wide variety of functions such as freeing patients trapped in motor vehicles, or forcible entry into a burning structure.
